Angela Alvarado is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has over ten years of experience specializing in weight and stress management, muscle re-education and sports injury prevention.
As an RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, she is dedicated to a life-long study and practice of Yoga and Ayurveda, sharing the wealth of her knowledge and experience with her students. Through a consistent yoga practice, Angela overcame her battle to allergies leading her to trust in Yoga as alternative medicine and a natural lifestyle.
With great enthusiasm she has helped many of her students struggling with obesity and high blood pressure to lose weight and take control of their own health. She has worked closely with clients who suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, Back pain, Scoliosis, Breast Cancer, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and more also helping them decrease symptoms of any pain or discomfort.
As an active athlete and yogi, Angela enjoys healthy places which are holistic and healthy for every one to enjoy. Angela lives for the passion of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, contentment in her life and compassion for others. At other times she likes to spin away in cycling gear, relax in a day spa, spend time in the kitchen juicing her favorite smoothies, dine at healthy restaurants, visit family and spend time with friends. Angela also appreciates every opportunity given to further enhance her education in Health and Science. A natural healer by heart, she emphasizes the same attention of self awareness to her friends, family and students helping them reach their maximum potentials.
