Angela Alvarado is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has over ten years of experience specializing in weight and stress management, muscle re-education and sports injury prevention.

As an RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, she is dedicated to a life-long study and practice of Yoga and Ayurveda, sharing the wealth of her knowledge and experience with her students. Through a consistent yoga practice, Angela overcame her battle to allergies leading her to trust in Yoga as alternative medicine and a natural lifestyle.

With great enthusiasm she has helped many of her students struggling with obesity and high blood pressure to lose weight and take control of their own health. She has worked closely with clients who suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, Back pain, Scoliosis, Breast Cancer, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and more also helping them decrease symptoms of any pain or discomfort.

    Thanks so much for the blog follow. It has led me to your blog, which I am now following.

    I have recently added yoga to my fitness routine. Before, it was all about intense cardio and heavy weight training. I just love how yoga makes me feel! It can be physically challenging or relaxing.

    I look forward to reading more of your educational and inspiring posts.

    • You are welcome. Yes Yoga can be fun and challenging as well. With consistent practice, I was able to clear away my sinuses and allergies. I strongly believe breathing exercises and dedication to yoga had a lot of affect on the improvement of my health. Keep practicing and let me know how yoga changes your life.
